Chop, Cut, Peel, Repeat – Join the Prepping Party!
On june 28th and June 29th we will start mise and place (prep). On this day we will be doing a lot of cutting, peeling, slicing, and organising ingredients.
We will also have two times slots, one in the early part of the day and one in the later part of the day. We will serve a meal during both slots.
On June 29th we’ll start a bit later (17:00). A special day as the slot is a bit long and therefore includes dinner, snacks and drinks throughout the day.
packing
Pack with purpose, sticker with style!
On June 30th, we’ll focus on packaging include filling the food boxes, labeling the packages and delivery boxes and counting the inventory.
This day is a real race against the clock day, so we’ll need to work quickly and efficiently.
